Hampshire Carpet and Upholstery Care is a family-run business, established in 2014, with a mission to deliver specialist cleaning for soft furnishings using safe, effective, and environmentally responsible methods.
Led by Richard Lee-Costello, our fully qualified technician, the company brings together years of experience from commercial and residential settings. Richard previously managed site cleanliness for Showcase Cinemas, overseeing high-traffic carpet and upholstery maintenance, and worked with Miracle Steam Carpet Cleaners in Coventry—developing a strong foundation in both technical cleaning and client service.
Michelle, who also brings a management background and a previous career in hairdressing, contributes valuable transferable skills. Her keen eye for colour matching, developed through precision work with hair colour, now supports our leather care and restoration services.
